Since you like being surrounded by nature and it's quiet, you may like staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. This is a deluxe resort with the not-so-secret perk of having a boat to Magic Kingdom.
This resort has some of our favorite dining: Jiko + Sanaa (the curry!). Even putting aside that there's an actual savanna outside your room, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge has one of the more impressive pools on property.
Tiffins is our all-time favorite sit-down restaurant in Disney World, located in Animal Kingdom. They take exotic ingredients and prepare it in a way that makes it feel familiar. Inside you'll find inspiration + field notes from the Imagineers that helped create the park. We LOVE this spot.
Located inside the Mexican pavilion in Epcot, San Angel Inn is intimate + cozy. They serve margaritas (heads up, they tend to be on the sweet side) and you can watch the boats go by from the Gran Fiesta Tour ride. Check this place out if you're looking for something unique.
Schedule a break in the middle of the day for a nap or a chance to recharge.
For you, the smaller the group, the better.
Be mindful of decision over-whelm. Pick what you want to do + forget the rest.
For each thrill ride, ride a calm one, like Na'vi River Journey, Soarin', or Living with the Land.
