I've rounded up my packing list go-to's for Disney. Find the essentials for the parks, kiddos, even decking out your stroller in my favorites.
I know how well you know your family. Your biggest superpower is knowing what your family needs before they realize they do. Your son "looks" a certain way before he comes down with a fever. You have a feeling when you lay your baby down that they're going to sleep through the night (Lord, please sleep through...)
No one thinks twice when they open a drawer and see clean laundry, with the things starting to get small towards the back for hand-me-downs. Your partner counts on you to remember the birthday presents, those school forms and scheduling swim lessons.
You're simply good at knowing.
When I was pregnant with my first child, I googled. I read the books, the blogs, and searched aaaall the hashtags. Only to find out after she was born that the thing I actually needed to rely on was my instincts.
There's something you need to know: planning for Disney World is the same.
The reason you're feeling overwhelmed is the same reason I did when I first started planning our family trips 10 years ago: because the options and advice feel ENDLESS. And when you feel that way, you have to have an intention, an ending, a destination. Because you can't write a story without knowing how you want it to end (or maybe you'll just go crazy.)
Ask yourself: How do I want to feel after our vacation? Do I want to feel relaxed? Or maybe connected? Do I want to feel inspired, invigorated? Loved?
Like all your other jobs, you are the best person to plan your trip to Disney. Not me, not a travel agent, not your Disney-loving friend (bless her), just you.
Your vacation isn't going to be *magical* because of where you're going, it's because your family is going to make it that way.
Laid-back Magic was designed especially for you: it will teach you how to create a streamlined, carefully-curated vacation that inspires connection above all else. A trip where you come home tired, but deliciously in love with your family.
And when you do get overwhelmed, I'll be here to help. If you have a question, just ask. Because my superpower is knowing not only my family - but the most magical place on Earth, too.
